This module defines the brand's product range, product groups, and technical and cutting specifications.

1. Product Categories (Portfolio Structure)

The product range is consistently aligned with the "British Country Style" and divided into a men's and a women's collection:

Men's Collection

• Jackets (Sakkos): Focus on Harris Tweed; additionally, jackets made of linen, wool, silk, cashmere, and corduroy, and classic club blazers.

• Coats: Wool and wool-cashmere coats, trench coats, quilted coats, duffle coats, and Harris Tweed coats/blazer coats.

• Jackets: Waxed jackets, British field jackets, quilted jackets, leather jackets, and functional jackets as an outdoor option.

• Shirts: Classic men's shirts (including button-down styles, designs).

• Vests: Harris Tweed vests and leather vests as a permanent part of the range.

• Trousers & Shorts: Harris Tweed trousers, corduroy trousers, chinos, and linen trousers.

• Sweaters/Knitwear: Cotton, wool, and merino sweaters and cardigans, as well as knitwear models as separate categories.

Women's Collection

• Blazers: Women's blazers made of Harris Tweed and classic materials, as well as linen blazers.

• Coats & Trench Coats: Wool/wool-cashmere coats, tweed coats, as well as trench coats and quilted coats as weatherproof options, Harris Tweed coats, blazer coats.

• Jackets: Women's jackets including waxed jackets, quilted jackets, leather jackets, and tweed/Harris Tweed jackets.

• Skirts: Women's skirts, including tweed skirts.

• Blouses: Women's blouses in a classic style.

• Sweaters/Knitwear: Women's knit sweaters and cardigans made of wool and merino wool, as well as cotton sweaters as a separate category.

• Caps/Hats & Scarves: Accessories category with a focus on flat caps (including those made of Harris Tweed), as well as scarves/pocket squares and seasonal hats (e.g., straw/Panama).

2. Core Products (The Brand Icons)

These products form the core of the brand's identity and should be prioritized during consultations:

• The Harris Tweed Jacket (Jacket "London" as the leading model):
  Original, hand-woven Harris Tweed from Scotland (Outer Hebrides) with an officially sewn-in certificate of authenticity from the Harris Tweed Authority. Features high-quality interior finishing and functional inside pockets, with contrasting/lining details depending on the model.

• The Waxed Jacket (Authentic Wax):
  Outerwear made of original waxed, water-repellent cotton as a weatherproof material solution. Waxed cotton from Halley Stevensons is included in the range as an outer fabric.

• The Wool/Wool-Cashmere Coat (Heritage-Outerwear):
  Classic coats made of wool or wool-cashmere as a core category of outerwear, supplemented by tweed variants (e.g., Harris Tweed) in a heritage look.

• The Quilted Coat / Quilted Jacket: Functional jackets and coats in British Country style. Typical features include classic diamond quilting, high-quality padding, and careful craftsmanship with elegant details such as tweed trims or piped seams.

• Cotton Jackets / Transitional Jackets: From classic trench coats to field jackets and short coats as transitional solutions for men and women. Made from functional cotton blend fabric.

3. Fit Logic & Sizing (Specifications)

Wellington of Bilmore solves the problem of often ill-fitting original British cuts with an optimized fit logic:

• Wellington of Bilmore mainly uses European ready-to-wear sizes; the basis for size selection is body measurements. As a guide: Ready-to-wear size = chest circumference/2 (men) or chest circumference/2 – 6 (women).

• Men's Sizing Logic: Distinction between regular sizes, stout sizes (short sizes) and slim sizes (long sizes). Stout sizes are proportionally shorter (back/sleeves) and wider in the torso; slim sizes are proportionally longer (back/sleeves) and slimmer in the torso.

• Women's Sizing Logic: The women's collection is available in regular sizes; production is possible up to size 52 (partially upon request).

• Autumn/Winter (Main Collection): Focus on warming outerwear and classic winter materials. This includes wool-cashmere qualities, tweed (including Harris Tweed), knitwear, and winter-suitable jackets such as waxed jackets, duffle coats, pea coats made of tweed, and functional outdoor jackets.

• Spring/Summer: Focus on lighter, climate-regulating fabrics and summery constructions. This includes linen fashion (e.g., linen blazers/linen jackets), light transitional and summer jackets (e.g., light quilted jackets), weatherproof cotton field jackets, and other lighter qualities for warm temperatures.
