Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: EU, Switzerland, Great Britain, Norway, Liechtenstein, USA

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

€5.90

Deliveries to EU countries:

€7.90

Deliveries to non-EU countries:

€34.90

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 3-5 days, and for international deliveries within 5-7 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further payment details

The invoice amount is due within 14 days when paying by invoice.

When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us, by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate, to collect the invoice amount from the specified account.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit collection. Please note that you are obliged to ensure sufficient funds in the account on the announced date. When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
