You will receive your invoice digitally by email and, as a registered customer, you can view your orders and invoices at any time in your customer account under “Orders”.

As soon as we receive your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please also check your spam folder.

To do this, log in to your customer area and change the information under the menu item “Address” or “Account details”.

Delivery and tracking

Within Germany we ship with DHL.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 5.90 €

Deliveries to other EU countries: €7.90

Deliveries outside of the EU: €34.90

Delivery is also possible to the following countries: EU, Switzerland, Great Britain, Norway. For shipments to other countries, please contact us.

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 – 5 days.

For deliveries abroad, within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us as well as a separate email from our shipping service provider with a tracking number.

We ship our goods from different locations. Therefore, your order may be delivered in multiple packages. We will of course cover the additional costs.

Returns, exchanges and complaints

Would you like to return your order? – No problem! Please fill out the enclosed return form

  • Please enter the order number and your name.
  • Stick the enclosed return label onto the sealed package.

The return documents are no longer available? You have the option of creating your own return form online.

Simply fill out the form and we will send you a free return label within 24 hours (this only applies to orders within Germany). Orders cannot be processed on weekends or public holidays. It may take up to 14 days for your return to be refunded. If you do not have the return form, we cannot guarantee a timely and correct refund.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please return the goods in the same way as an item you no longer want. In this case, please state faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered as the reason for the return. Within Germany, items that do not fit or do not suit you can be returned to us free of charge within 14 days of receipt of the goods as part of our voluntary right of return.

Size and fit

When choosing the right size, you can consult our size charts. You can also find the respective size chart on the individual product pages. If you need additional help choosing the right size, please contact our customer service. We will be happy to advise you and provide information about the individual items!

We can produce our women's collection up to size 52 and our men's collection up to size 74. As we usually have no or very little stock in the plus sizes, please feel free to contact us.

As a classic men's clothing retailer, we offer our male customers slim (size 94-size 126), normal (size 42-size 74) and stocky (size 24-size 32) sizes.

Please understand that due to a higher demand for outer fabric, we charge a surcharge of 10% from sizes 58 / 28 / 114.

Custom-made

Since we mainly produce in Europe in cooperation with competent and small specialist companies, we can offer custom-made products for the majority of our items. Please note that these are not made to measure items, so we can only fulfill individual requests to a limited extent.

We cannot give a binding delivery date as this depends on the availability of the outer material and the current production capacity. However, delivery usually takes place within 8-10 weeks.

There are no additional costs for you. You only pay the usual selling price and shipping costs.
