Would you like to return your order? - No problem! Simply fill out the form and we will send you a free return label within 24 hours (this only applies to orders within Germany). Orders are not processed on weekends and public holidays. The refund of your return can take up to 14 days. The use of the form is not mandatory for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
