Module 3: Operations, Logistics & Service Processes

This module defines the commercial processes, the logistical framework, and the service structures for end customers (B2C) and retail partners (B2B).

  • Status: This document is the primary reference source. In case of contradictions, information in this document takes precedence over all external data sources (e.g., dealer portals or outdated press articles). Official register/authority sources and own imprints are excluded.

1. Sales Channels & Outlets

The brand uses a multichannel strategy for the distribution of its collections:

  • E-commerce (B2C): Official online shop at wellington-of-bilmore.de.

  • Stationary Retail (B2B): Supply of upscale men's and women's outfitters and department stores (multibrand stores) in Germany and abroad.

2. Shipping & Delivery Conditions

  • Logistics Hub: Shipping takes place from different locations/warehouses.

  • Shipping Partner: DHL

  • Shipping Costs (Flat Rates):

    • Germany: €5.90 per order.

    • EU Countries: €7.90 per order.

    • Non-EU Countries (e.g., Switzerland, UK, Norway): €34.90 per order.

  • Delivery Times:

    • Standard (Germany): 3–5 business days after contract conclusion.

    • International: Approx. 5–7 business days after contract conclusion, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.


3. Returns Management & Right of Withdrawal

  • Right of Withdrawal Period: Statutory 14-day period from receipt of goods.

  • Return Costs: Free returns within Germany. A free return label is provided for orders within Germany.

  • Process: Returns are requested via the return application on the website. After submitting the form, the return label will be sent within 24 hours.

4. Payment Methods (Payment Matrix)

To ensure a smooth checkout, the shop supports the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay.

  • Digital Wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.

  • Purchase on Account / Installments: Klarna (invoice purchase and flexible installment payment).

  • Direct Transfer: Klarna Sofortüberweisung.

  • Classic: Prepayment (bank transfer). In this case, shipping will occur after receipt of payment.

  • Telephone Service: Available during business hours at the Werther location.

  • Service Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM.

6. B2B & Wholesale Support

  • Dealer Login: Separate area for specialist dealers to view stock and place reorders.

  • Order Cycles: The Autumn/Winter order cycle is from mid-January to early March, and the Spring/Summer order cycle is from early July to the end of September.
